$79.99 for the Standard Edition, or $99.99 for the Ultimate Edition. Every figure on this page comes from the official pre-order announcement.

Is the Ultimate Edition worth it?

Not answerable yet, and we won't guess. Rockstar has described the extra content as premium vehicles, weapons, apparel and action, but hasn't itemised it. A value judgement needs to know what those items are and what they would cost to buy in-game.
